Nice spot to pick up genuine Nespresso pods. Despite it usually being busy with several customers at any given time service is quick and efficient. By the time you have finished placing your order with an employee the pods and recycling bags are packed and ready to go; seamless. They also have beautiful displays highlighting Nespresso machines and accessories.

I’m sipping espresso in the new store in Eatons ( while my wife buys shoes) and the service here is amazing! The staff is extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Actually better than some restaurants I’ve dined in! I’ve been here watching for a while and I own a restaurant. I would steal anyone working here if they were in California!!

Store is often packed. I requested the limited edition coffee and they didn't have in stock. Probably best to simply order online during their special offers. Otherwise, it is a clean, modern store with free samples.

Good and fast service. It's of cool the look suit up and all and you need to ask to someone (lovely peoples who work there) for your cups. You feel like upscale or something even though you ain't look upscale like me haha. I've been there 2 times and I definitively only going there next time I need cups.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service. Staff know their product, at least those I met. Welcoming and respectful. Always ask what is to your taste and suggest you best choices of coffee based on your selection. Good location to enjoy the purchase process.
